Please prepare a space on the floor with: a yoga mat an eye mask a shallow pillow blankets headphones for zoom audio.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel breathwork 48 hours in advance. Often entire mornings, afternoons or days are blocked off for these appointments, depending on travel distance. Please cancel Theta sessions with 24 hours notice.
